1. Parties and Binding Contract

By completing a purchase on bigbusparis.com, you ("the Customer") enter into a legally binding contract with Tickets Enterprise Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us"). This agreement constitutes the complete and final Bill of Sale between both parties, overriding any verbal representations made by third-party staff or attraction personnel.

The Company is obligated to deliver a valid digital entry voucher for the Big Bus Paris hop-on hop-off sightseeing service. The Customer is obligated to provide accurate personal and payment information and to acknowledge that this service is governed strictly by the terms set out herein.

2. Independent Reseller Status

Tickets Enterprise Ltd. operates as an authorised independent ticket reseller. We do not own, manage, staff, or operate Big Bus Paris or any of its routes, vehicles, or infrastructure. Big Bus Tours Ltd. is an entirely separate legal entity.

Our contractual obligation is fulfilled in full upon electronic delivery of a valid voucher or QR code to the email address provided at checkout.

The Company accepts no liability for on-site operational matters including but not limited to:

  • route changes
  • vehicle delays
  • stop closures
  • commentary content
  • staff conduct
  • passenger density
  • mechanical failures
  • weather-related service modifications

These operational matters are the sole legal responsibility of Big Bus Tours Ltd. as the attraction operator.

Customers with operational complaints should contact Big Bus Tours Ltd. directly. The Company will assist in good faith but cannot compel operational resolutions.

3. Statutory Compliance and Consumer Rights

We operate in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Reasonable Care and Skill:

We fulfil our statutory duty by ensuring the voucher delivered grants the access described on the product listing.

Leisure Service Exemption:

In accordance with Section 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activity services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. By purchasing a dated Big Bus Paris ticket, the Customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal at the point of purchase, subject to the cancellation provisions in Section 4 and our Refund Policy.

Open-Dated or Flexi Tickets:

Where the Customer purchases an open-dated or flexi ticket with no fixed travel date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies provided the ticket remains completely unused and unscanned.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on bigbusparis.com are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price displayed at the point of checkout is the price charged and locked for that transaction.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Company does not store card details.

Prices shown are retail reseller prices. The Company purchases tickets at wholesale rates from its supply partner; the difference constitutes the Company's commercial margin.

Currency conversion fees charged by the Customer's bank are outside the Company's control and are non-refundable.

5. Voucher Delivery and Validity

Upon successful payment, a digital voucher (QR code or PDF) will be delivered to the email address provided within 30 minutes. The voucher is valid for the date or period specified at the time of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address. The Company is not liable for non-delivery caused by spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect email addresses.

If a voucher is not received within 30 minutes, the Customer must contact support before the travel date. The Company cannot process requests made after the travel date has passed.

Vouchers must be presented at the Big Bus boarding point in either digital or printed format. A valid voucher is required for boarding.

Lost or corrupted vouchers:

contact admin@headmastertickets.com with your order reference and the Company will re-issue the voucher at no charge, provided the request is made before the travel date.

6. Force Majeure and Service Disruptions

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in the delivery of the attraction service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to:

  • floods, extreme weather, earthquakes, pandemics
  • civil disturbances, strikes, or government-mandated closures
  • mechanical failure or operational decisions made by Big Bus Tours Ltd.
  • route or stop closures due to public events, road works, or security incidents

In such circumstances, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate ticket validity extensions where this is permitted by the operator. Cash refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by third-party operational decisions or external environmental factors.

Customers are advised to hold appropriate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

The Company maintains a comprehensive digital audit trail of all voucher deliveries, dispatch timestamps, and, where available, operator scan logs.

Any attempt to reclaim funds via a bank chargeback for a ticket that has been scanned, validated, or used to gain entry, or for a request that falls outside the applicable cancellation window, will be contested as an Unwarranted Dispute or Friendly Fraud.

The Company will provide the issuing bank with this Bill of Sale, proof of delivery, and usage logs to ensure the reversal of any provisional credit.

Customers who initiate unwarranted chargebacks may be permanently blocked from purchasing through the Company's platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to the Customer in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant ticket(s).

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of enjoyment
  • travel expenses incurred in connection with a disrupted visit
  • damages arising from the acts or omissions of Big Bus Tours Ltd. as the attraction operator

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on bigbusparis.com at the time of purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
